Air Duct Cleaning in Whitefish Bay and Fox Point, WI
We clean air ducts and dryer vents all along the North Shore, from Whitefish Bay and Fox Point up to Bayside. You get posted prices, a family-run crew from our Brookfield shop, and before and after photos of your own ducts.
North Shore homes and their ductwork
Whitefish Bay is known for its tree-lined blocks of 1920s and 1930s Tudors, colonials, and Cape Cods. Many were built for radiators or gravity heat, so the forced-air ducts were fitted in later around plaster walls and tight chases.
Fox Point and Bayside lean more toward ranches and two-story homes from the 1950s and 1960s, often with finished basements. Ducts hidden behind finished ceilings collect dust for years without anyone seeing it, which is why we show you the before and after.

What North Shore homeowners call us for
Air duct cleaning is what Whitefish Bay, Fox Point, and Bayside homeowners book most, with dryer vent cleaning close behind.
- Air duct cleaning for older homes with ducts added after the house was built
- Dryer vent cleaning, including long basement runs and roof vents ($250, priced as a ladder vent)
- Aeroseal duct sealing for rooms that never quite warm up
Fixing the cold front bedroom
In older North Shore homes, the bedroom farthest from the furnace is often the one that stays cold. Ducts that were squeezed into walls decades ago tend to leak at every joint before the air ever gets there.
As an Official Aeroseal Dealer, we seal those leaks from inside the duct system, so nothing gets cut open in your plaster walls. You see the leakage numbers before we start and after we finish.

Whitefish Bay questions
Can you clean ducts in an older home with plaster walls?
Yes. We work through the registers and the furnace, so there is no cutting into plaster. We clean each run back to the furnace and show you the before and after.
My dryer vents through the roof. What does that cost?
Roof vents need a ladder, so they are $250 on their own. Add one to a duct cleaning and it is just $100.
Do you charge extra to come to the North Shore?
No. Whitefish Bay, Fox Point, and Bayside are in our regular service area and get the same posted prices.
Will duct sealing help a cold upstairs room?
Often, yes. If the ducts leak before the air reaches that room, sealing can make a real difference. We measure the leakage first so you know what you are getting.
