 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We called because after 12 years we were starting to get a lot of dust in the house so we figured we would try a duct cleaning. Once James arrived he was thorough to go through the system and could see we were getting a lot of heat loss throughout the system because of small gaps where duct connections were.  He explained a sealant process that fills the gaps and would lower the loss of air.  Once I agreed to do that on top of the cleaning, he then was able to find areas of the duct work that were incomplete from when it was installed and repaired them then sealed everything.  The process took him 10 hrs or so because of his attention to detail on making sure the system was completely sealed.  We instantly could tell we were getting much better airflow out of our air ducts.  It was money well spent. It’s nice to see before and after photos along with emailed computer readings of the CFM’s before and after the sealing process. I would recommend requesting to have James Green be your technician, there were no short cuts done by him and he was very thorough.
