Greenfield questions
My condo dryer vents through the roof. Can you reach it?
Yes. Roof and other ladder vents are $250, and wall vents we can reach from the ground are $175.
My split level has one cold level. Will cleaning fix it?
Cleaning helps airflow, but uneven floors usually point to leaky ducts. We can measure the leakage and tell you whether sealing makes sense.
Do you need to get into every room?
We need to reach the registers in each room and the furnace, so plan on us walking through the whole home.
