I wanted to share a great experience with a local pro. For our new build, we used Totally Clean for duct cleaning and sealing. James/Totally Clean did an exceptional job cleaning the ductwork in my home.  We also had the ducts sealed for efficiency and he and his team brought my energy loss ratings down to nearly zero.  The best testimonial I can offer is this…my home has one room with a wall of windows that has always been too cold to enjoy during the winter.  James made it his focus to ensure that was corrected. We called because after 12 years we were starting to get a lot of dust in the house so we figured we would try a duct cleaning. Once James arrived he was thorough to go through the system and could see we were getting a lot of heat loss throughout the system because of small gaps where duct connections were.  He explained a sealant process that fills the gaps and would lower the loss of air.  Once I agreed to do that on top of the cleaning, he then was able to find areas of the duct work that were incomplete from when it was installed and repaired them then sealed everything.  The process took him 10 hrs or so because of his attention to detail on making sure the system was completely sealed.  We instantly could tell we were getting much better airflow out of our air ducts.  It was money well spent. It’s nice to see before and after photos along with emailed computer readings of the CFM’s before and after the sealing process. My dryer vent was noticeably clogged inside the machine. I was delighted to find Totally Clean based on positive reviews. After remodeling 4 homes, and having had a rental property, I was no stranger to less than reputable services. James Greene is THE BEST, most personable and up front businessman that I've had the pleasure of working with in a long time. I highly recommend Totally Clean! The work was thorough and the price was fair. I would definitely use them again for any duct cleaning needs. Also my dryer vent was pointed out to keep clean because of fires.
