How We Calculate Your Quote
We don’t count vents. We look at the whole home.
Because every home is unique—from sprawling ranch homes to historic 3-story colonials—we cannot list a single generic price online. Instead, we calculate a custom Flat-Rate Price based on two main factors:
- Total Square Footage: Larger homes require more hose, more setup time, and more labor to reach every branch line.
- Number of Furnaces: Each furnace system is a separate “lung” of the house that needs to be hooked up to our 5,000 CFM vacuum and cleaned independently.

Why a price might change upon arrival.
We pride ourselves on sticking to our phone quotes. However, our quote is only as accurate as the information provided to us. Sometimes, a homeowner might not realize they have a second furnace in the attic, or that their “crawlspace” is actually a finished basement.
Our Promise to You: If our technicians arrive and find that the HVAC system differs from what was described on the phone (e.g., an extra unit, a difficult access point, or extreme contamination requiring remediation), we will stop and inform you immediately. We will provide an adjusted price before we start any work. You will never be surprised by a bill after the job is done.

Why are you more expensive than the $99 coupons?
Because we actually clean the ducts. Air duct cleaning is labor-intensive, dirty, and skilled work.
- The “Cheap” Guys: They use a shop vac and a rotary brush. They are in and out in 45 minutes. They push the dust further into the system or barely scratch the surface.
- The Totally Clean Way: We bring a 5,000 CFM Vacuum and 175 PSI air lines. We spend 3 to 5 hours in your home. We cut access holes, clean the trunk lines, and clean the blower motor.
- The Reality: In this industry, if you pay bargain-basement prices, you usually end up paying us later to fix their mistakes.
Do you charge extra for filthy ducts?
Generally, no. Our flat rate covers the removal of standard dust, debris, and pet hair, regardless of thickness.
- Exception: If we discover a biohazard issue (like extensive mold growth or a heavy rodent infestation) that requires specific sanitation chemicals or remediation protocols, there may be additional costs. We will always discuss this with you first.
Is there a travel fee?
No. We serve the entire Southeast Wisconsin area, from Kenosha to Ozaukee County. Our flat rate includes travel time.
