Phase 1: The Transparent Quote

No Hidden Fees. No Surprises.

It starts with a simple conversation. You can call/text 262-542-4000 or submit a request online.

  • The Information We Need: We will ask for your home’s square footage, the number of furnaces, and the style of the house (e.g., Ranch in New Berlin, Colonial in Whitefish Bay).
  • The Flat-Rate Price: Based on that info, we give you a firm price. We do not use “bait-and-switch” tactics. The price we quote is the price you pay. See our Pricing Philosophy.

Phase 2: Communication & Arrival

You’ll never wonder where we are.

We use modern software to keep you in the loop.

  • The Reminders: You will receive text and email reminders leading up to your appointment so you don’t forget.
  • The “On My Way” Text: On the day of service, our technicians will send you a text message when they are en route to your home.
  • The Introduction: When we arrive, we will introduce ourselves, perform a quick walkthrough of your home to locate vents, and answer any last-minute questions you have.

Phase 3: The Cleaning

Respecting your home.

Once the plan is set, we get to work.

  • Setup: We carefully run our hoses and set up our 5,000 CFM vacuum equipment, using corner guards to protect your walls.
  • The Work: We clean your system using the NADCA Source Removal Method. If you booked additional services, such as Dryer Vent Cleaning or Aeroseal Duct Sealing, we will complete them during the same visit to save you time.

Phase 4: Verification & Payment

We don’t leave until you are satisfied.

We believe in proof. Before we pack up, we review the job with you.

  • The Photos: We will show you the Mandatory Before & After Photos of your ductwork so you can see precisely what we removed.
  • The Payment: Once you are satisfied, we accept payment via Check, Cash, Credit Card, or Venmo.
